2.3 Sensitive Personal Information
Any health-related information you share with us — including consultation details, symptoms, and wellness assessment answers — is treated as Sensitive Personal Data under Indian law. This information is accessible only to your assigned clinical practitioner and is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared without your clear consent, except where required by law.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:
To arrange and conduct your doctor consultation and clinical intake
To design your personalised wellness program and track your progress
To pack and ship any physical product you have ordered
To send you appointment reminders and program updates by WhatsApp or email
To respond to your questions, complaints, or support requests
To improve our services using anonymised, aggregated patterns — never your individual identity
To meet our obligations under Indian law, including tax, medical record-keeping, and regulatory requirements

4.1 With Our Clinical Team
Your health information is visible only to the specific doctor or psychologist handling your case. MANLY HEALTH directly engages all its consulting doctors and clinical practitioners — we do not refer you to outside or third-party practitioners, and your information is not shared with anyone outside our clinical team for this purpose.
4.2 With Service Providers
Payment processing partner, to confirm and process your payment securely
Cloud hosting provider, to store your data on encrypted servers located in India
Courier and logistics partner, who receives only your name, phone number, and delivery address — never your health information
All service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may use your information only to perform the specific task we have assigned them.
4.3 Where Required by Law
We may disclose your information if legally required to do so by a court, government authority, or law enforcement agency in India, and only to the extent that the law requires.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
Consultation and clinical records: retained for 7 years, in line with standard medical record-keeping practice
Payment and transaction records: retained for 8 years, as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961
Shipping address and delivery details: deleted within 30 days of successful delivery, unless you ask us to retain them for future orders
Website usage analytics: retained only in anonymised form with no link to your identity
Once the applicable retention period ends, we permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise your information.
