1. Scope of This Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how MANLY HEALTH (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) processes, packs, and delivers physical products — including Ayurvedic supplements and wellness products — ordered through manlyhealth.in. This Policy does not apply to consultations or digital services, which are delivered online and are not physically shipped.

2. Courier Partners

We work with reputed third-party courier and logistics partners to deliver your order. As we are continuing to expand and finalise our logistics network, the specific courier handling your shipment may vary by order, region, and product availability. We select courier partners based on reliability, safety of handling, and timely delivery, and we reserve the right to change our courier partners at any time without prior notice, provided that the change does not materially affect your delivery timeline.

3. Order Processing Time

`All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of order confirmation and successful payment
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working dayIf your order includes a product that requires doctor review or customisation, processing may take up to 7 business days

    4. Delivery Timelines

    Estimated delivery timelines, once an order is dispatched, are as follows:

    Metro cities: 3 to 6 business days

    Non-metro cities and towns: 5 to 10 business days

    Remote or hard-to-reach locations: up to 12 business days, depending on courier serviceability

    These timelines are estimates provided in good faith and are dependent on our courier partners’ operations, which are outside our direct control. We do not guarantee delivery within a specific date or time, and we shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, regional disruptions, strikes, natural events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    5. Shipping Charges

    Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. We reserve the right to revise shipping charges at any time; any such revision will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.

    6. Serviceable Locations

    We currently ship across India, subject to the serviceability of our courier partners in your specific pin code. If your delivery location is not serviceable at the time of order, we will inform you and offer either a refund of the shipping charge only, or the option to provide an alternate address, at your discretion. We do not currently ship outside India; any future expansion to international shipping will be reflected in an updated version of this Policy.

    7. Packaging

    All products are dispatched in secure, tamper-evident, and discreet packaging. Our packaging does not display any text, logo, or branding that reveals the nature of the contents, in order to protect your privacy.

    8. Tracking Your Order

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or tracking number through email or WhatsApp, wherever this facility is available with the assigned courier partner. If tracking is not available for your specific shipment, our support team will share delivery status updates with you upon request.

    9. Failed or Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

    Our courier partners typically make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, your unavailability at the time of delivery, or refusal to accept the shipment, the following applies:

    The courier partner may attempt redelivery as per their own standard process

    If the shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to a reason attributable to you, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable re-shipping fee before dispatching the order again

    We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by inaccurate information provided by you at the time of placing the order

    10. Damaged, Tampered, or Incorrect Shipments

    While we do not offer refunds on products (as set out in our Return and Refund Policy), we want every member to receive what they ordered, in good condition. If your shipment arrives damaged, tampered with, or if you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@manlyhealth.in, along with a photograph of the product and packaging and your order number. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment of the correct or undamaged product at no additional cost to you. This is the sole remedy available for such cases, and no cash refund will be issued.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    MANLY HEALTH shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from delays in delivery, actions or omissions of third-party courier partners, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability in connection with shipping is limited strictly to the remedies described in Section 10 of this Policy.

The updated Policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of our services after such an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
