1. Our Policy in Plain Terms

    We want you to read this Policy before you make any payment to us. In simple terms: all fees paid to MANLY HEALTH for consultations, wellness programs, and products are final and non-refundable. Please read the full Policy below to understand why, and what limited exceptions apply.

2. No Refunds on Consultations and Programs

    1.  All consultation fees are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. This is because the fee covers the immediate allocation of a doctor or clinical psychologist to review your case, prepare for your session, and conduct your consultation — work that is performed regardless of whether you complete the full session or choose not to proceed further.

    2.  All wellness program fees, including monthly subscription fees, are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. This is because program fees fund clinical oversight, formulation of your personalised plan, and access to your doctor and clinical team from the first day of that billing cycle.

    3.  No refund, partial refund, or credit will be issued for unused sessions, unused days within a billing cycle, dissatisfaction with outcomes, change of mind, or early discontinuation of a program.

3. No Refunds on Products

    4.  All Ayurvedic products and supplements purchased through manlyhealth.in are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made.

    5.  This applies regardless of whether the product has been opened, used, or remains sealed, except in the specific circumstances described in Section 4 below.

    6.  We do not accept returns of products due to change of mind, incorrect expectations of results, or personal preference.

4. The Only Exception: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

    While our general policy is that all sales are final, we recognise our responsibility under Indian consumer protection law to ensure that what you receive matches what you ordered and arrives in usable condition. This is the only situation in which we will take action on a product issue, and even here, our remedy is replacement — not a cash refund.

    •   If your product arrives damaged, broken, tampered with, or tampered packaging is evident

    •   If you receive a product that is materially different from what you ordered or what your doctor prescribed

    •   If the product is found to be expired at the time of delivery

    In any of these cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@manlyhealth.in, with a clear photograph of the product and its packaging, along with your order number. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product, shipped to you at no additional cost. No cash refund will be issued under any circumstance, including under this exception.

5. No Claims for Future or Consequential Damages

    7.  By using our services and purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that MANLY HEALTH shall not be liable for any future, ongoing, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or any health outcome, arising from your use of our consultations, programs, or products.

    8.  You further acknowledge that individual results from any wellness program or Ayurvedic product vary from person to person, and that MANLY HEALTH makes no guarantee of any specific outcome, result, or timeline. No claim for compensation, refund, or damages will be entertained on the basis of dissatisfaction with results or outcomes that differ from your personal expectations.

    9.  Nothing in this Section is intended to exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot be lawfully excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including in cases of proven medical negligence or wilful misconduct on our part.

6. Cancellation of Ongoing Programs

    10. You may cancel an ongoing wellness program at any time by writing to support@manlyhealth.in or messaging us on WhatsApp.

    11. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your program, consultations, and clinical support until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for. No refund or partial credit will be issued for the remaining days of that cycle.

7. Failed or Duplicate Payments

    12. If a payment is deducted from your account but your booking or order is not confirmed due to a technical error, the amount will be automatically reversed by our payment partner within 5 to 7 banking days, in line with applicable RBI guidelines.

    13. If you notice a duplicate charge or a payment error that has not resolved within this timeframe, please contact us immediately at support@manlyhealth.in with your transaction details, and we will investigate and assist in resolving the matter with our payment partner.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

    14. If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the matter, we reserve the right to suspend your access to our services and to provide documentation of services rendered to the payment gateway and your bank in defence of the charge.

    15. We encourage you to reach out to support@manlyhealth.in first with any billing concern. We aim to respond to all billing queries within 2 working days.

9. Acknowledgement

    By making any payment to MANLY HEALTH, whether for a consultation, a wellness program, or a product, you confirm that you have read this Return and Refund Policy, that you understand all payments are non-refundable except as set out in Section 4, and that you accept the limitations on claims and damages set out in Section 5.

11. Changes to This Policy

    We may revise this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. Any revision will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

12. Governing Law

    This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from this Policy shall first be addressed through written communication to support@manlyhealth.in, and if unresolved within 30 days, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and consumer forums located in New Delhi, India.
