Your data is used exclusively to facilitate your doctor consultation and personalise your wellness program. It is never sold, licensed, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

3. Clinical Confidentiality

All consultation records are maintained under strict clinical non-disclosure protocols. Our systems comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). All records are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act, 2023.

4. Product Deliveries

All products are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to MANLY HEALTH or the nature of the contents. Delivery addresses are stored only for the duration required by shipping regulations.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us at manlyhealth01@gmail.com. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Terms of Service

1. Nature of Service

MANLY HEALTH provides doctor-led Ayurvedic wellness assessments, herbal formulations, and lifestyle guidance. Our services support general wellness and do not constitute emergency or specialist medical treatment.

2. Consultation Fee

The consultation fee is refundable in full if you are not satisfied with your initial doctor consultation. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the consultation.

3. Program Compliance

Results are dependent on consistent compliance with the prescribed program. MANLY HEALTH is not liable for outcomes resulting from non-compliance or undisclosed pre-existing conditions.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Our programs support general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any clinical disease. Always consult your physician regarding any pre-existing medical conditions before beginning a new wellness program.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad.
